Fade Golf Returns Policy

If the situation occurs that you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return your item(s) anytime up to 14 days after delivery.

Returns are at your cost. A full refund will be issued when the item has been received and inspected. Its recommended that you use a tracked service. If you fail to provide proof of postage you are liable for the lost item(s).

For hygiene purposes, no refunds or exchanges will be given for products that have aftershave, makeup, body odour or cigarette smoke

If you are looking to return an item(s) for a different size we will the ship the new selected size out for free.

Should your goods become faulty, please contact us prior to returning. If an item is delivered faulty or becomes faulty through normal use within 30 days we may offer an option to refund or replace the item. For any purchases over 30 days we will contact our manufacturer who will inspect the item and inform us of their assessment.
